Step-by-step plan to buy online
This is how online ordering works:
Step 1: Video call with our sales advisor 
You get a good impression of a car or commercial vehicle more quickly on moving images than with just some photos. That is why you can easily make a video call with one of our advisors. They will show you the vehicle you are interested in inside and out. In the meantime, they will answer your questions and think with you about financing options.
Step 2: Drawing up the purchase or lease contract
Do you have a good feeling about the vehicle and us? Then we can almost congratulate you on your new vehicle. But before we do that, we will draw up the financing or purchase agreement with you. Do you have a passenger car or commercial vehicle that you want to trade in? Please let us know immediately so that we can make a suitable proposal. Complete the trade-in form immediately.
Step 3: Delivering the vehicle
Once you have signed the purchase contract, we will prepare your new vehicle for transport. We will immediately schedule a delivery appointment with you. On working days we deliver the car or commercial vehicle to your home at the agreed time. Of course you will immediately receive a detailed explanation of all functions. Are you trading in your old car or commercial vehicle with us? We will then inspect it and prepare the indemnity certificate.

Step 4: Start of the trial period - money back guarantee
As soon as you have the car or commercial vehicle in your possession, the 14-day trial period starts. During these two weeks you can try out the vehicle free of charge. We of course hope that it is completely to your liking. If you are not satisfied, you can simply contact us. We will then collect the vehicle from you and refund the full purchase price. Of course, we can also see whether another car or commercial vehicle can meet your needs.
